Each session is built with stretches and moves built especially for your team’s sport, isolating key muscle groups used in the focused sport, strengthening while building flexibility and balance to keep athletes in the game and not on the sidelines.
Needing a little more individual practice? This 70 minute 1 on 1 session is perfect for addressing personal focal areas. It includes exercises and movement patterns tailored to your ability level and modifications can be made for any injuries or problem areas. Posture assists will be provided to help the student receive the maximum benefit from the postures.
